Weddingkart is an all-in-one wedding management platform built for professional event managers. It gives you a single place to manage every guest interaction — from the first invite through RSVPs, travel coordination, and ID collection — across weddings of any size.

The problem it solves

Large weddings involve hundreds of guests, multiple families, and logistics that span weeks. Coordinating over WhatsApp groups, tracking RSVPs in spreadsheets, and chasing travel details by hand eats up hours that should go into running a great event. Weddingkart replaces that chaos with a structured workflow: you manage everything from one app, and guests interact through a channel they already use every day.

How guests experience it

Your guests don’t need to download an app, create an account, or open any link. Every interaction — invites, RSVPs, travel ticket requests, ID collection — happens directly on WhatsApp. Guests receive a message, tap a button or send a file, and they’re done. Messages are sent through the official WhatsApp Business API, so guests see a verified sender (“Wedding Invite”) with high deliverability. If you already use WhatsApp Business, you can connect your own number instead, so guests see your business name and reply straight to you.

What Weddingkart does

• Keeps one guest list per wedding. Guests, groups, custom guest details (attributes), RSVPs, travel tickets, and ID documents all live inside the wedding they belong to. Weddings never share data.
• Messages guests on WhatsApp. You send announcements (invites, reminders, updates) to everyone or to chosen groups. Each guest gets a personal WhatsApp message with their own name and details filled in.
• Collects answers on WhatsApp. Guests tap RSVP buttons, send photos or PDFs of their tickets and IDs, or just reply. Weddingkart files each reply under the right guest.
• Lets you reply to guests. Guest replies land in the Chat tab, where you and your team can answer them.
• Calls guests. Voice announcements reach guests as an automated phone call.
• Works as a team. Several people can manage the same wedding at the same time, each with their own login.

What Weddingkart doesn’t do

• No app for guests. Guests never install Weddingkart, sign up, or log in. Everything they do happens in WhatsApp, or on a phone call for voice announcements.
• No SMS or email invitations. Guests get messages on WhatsApp and voice announcements as phone calls. Weddingkart only uses SMS to send you a login code.
• No rewriting approved wording. A ready-made announcement uses a WhatsApp-approved template. You fill in its blanks, but you can’t change its fixed wording. To use your own words, put them on an image you attach, or use Write your own message — see Announcements.
• No changing the sending number later. You choose which WhatsApp number a wedding sends from when you create it. It can’t be switched afterwards.
• No large sends on the free plan. Every feature is free to use, but until you buy a plan an announcement can go to at most 5 guests at a time. See Payments & Credits.
• No sending forever. A wedding becomes read-only 10 days after its wedding date, and from then on it can’t send messages. See Wedding Setup.

Weddingkart is available on Android and iOS so you can manage weddings from anywhere. You can also use it in your browser at app.weddingkart.co. You log in with your mobile number, and that one account works on all three. Your weddings are tied to your phone number, not to a device, so they show up wherever you log in.
